Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended to help minimize wait times, especially on weekends and during busy hours. Walk-ins may be available based on station availability, so feel free to call your local Natural Pawz store before you visit.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring your dog on a leash! We provide the bathing station, premium shampoo, towels, dryers, brushes, and everything else you’ll need for a successful self-wash.

Is shampoo included?

Yes! Every self-wash includes access to our premium shampoo, specially selected to leave your dog’s coat clean, soft, and fresh. We also sell shampoos if you’re looking for something fancier.

Are towels provided?

Absolutely. Fresh, clean towels are included with every self-wash, along with professional drying equipment to help get your pup fluffy and dry.

Can I use my own shampoo?

Of course! If your dog has sensitive skin, allergies, or uses a veterinarian-recommended shampoo, you’re welcome to bring your own products. Just let our team know when you arrive. If you’re looking for fancier shampoo than what we provide, we carry shampoos for purchase as well.

Is there a time limit?

There is a 45 minute time limit. If you have a large or giant breed dog, we recommend booking 2 self wash sessions back to back to ensure enough time for washing and drying your furry friend.

What size dogs can use the stations?

Our self-wash stations are designed to accommodate dogs of nearly every breed and size—from small puppies to large breeds. If you have questions about a giant breed, give your local store a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Can two people wash the same dog?

Yes! Many customers find it easier to bathe larger or more energetic dogs with an extra set of hands. Two people are welcome to use the station together.

What happens after I’m finished?

Once your pup is clean and dry, simply gather your belongings and head home. Leave the wet towels, hair, and cleanup to us—we’ll take care of the rest so you can enjoy your freshly bathed dog.

A Cleaner Dog Without the Cleanup
