Returning Items Purchased on NaturalPawz.com
Our return policy is simple. For your convenience, you can return merchandise to a Natural Pawz store anywhere in greater Houston. Store locations are listed at https://naturalpawz.wpengine.com/locations/houston and https://naturalpawz.wpengine.com/locations/austin.
Returns to Natural Pawz Stores
Your local Natural Pawz store will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased through www.NaturalPawz.com within 60 days of the initial shipment date with an accompanying receipt. No shipping charges will be refunded at the store. When returning an order purchased on www.NaturalPawz.com, the applicable credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. For returns made after 60 days, you will be issued a Natural Pawz gift card.
Exchanges can be made at any store as well. If exchanging for a different item, you will receive credit for the amount paid as listed on your receipt.
If Natural Pawz incorrectly shipped an item to you, you must return ship the item to the Natural Pawz corporate office for proper credit. Please email the following information to Orders@NaturalPawz.com so that Natural Pawz can generate a mailing label for you, so that Natural Pawz pays for the return shipping fee.

Returns to Natural Pawz Corporate Office
For returns made within 60 days of the initial shipment date, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment method. For all returns made after 60 days of the initial shipment date, we will issue your refund in the form of a Natural Pawz gift card. Exceptions: A return of merchandise paid by a Natural Pawz gift card will be credited to another Natural Pawz gift card. Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
To expedite your return, please ship item(s) and your packing slip along with:
- your name,
- mailing address,
- email address,
- phone number,
- item number and
- reason for the return

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of product receipt at the Natural Pawz for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by merchant. Personalized products cannot be returned.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Natural Pawz or is a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges in original form of tender. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return the incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise to Natural Pawz, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Natural Pawz. For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking receipt for future reference. Natural Pawz is not responsible for lost shipments.
